need to confirm, but i think that when a sample gets additional data to aggregrate for a 2nd run. if the supposed new run does not exist, then the qc report is pulling in the data from the original run which is misleading people that there was no problems, especially if the end users are not looking at the samples that failed in the end of batch teams notification listing. need to a way to make a end user who is just looking at the qc report aware that these samples were total failures and need to be investigated.
