remove bigdata.q so that they can be used for general purpose (qlogin) and overflow (computationally heavy jobs) servers when pipelines are running to replace bigmem.q when that is decommissioned. do when transition to RHEL7 is done since c6420.q is going to be used by the pipeline at that time
