clean-up annovar #30

create a wes only database location instead of pointing to cftr pipeline location. can remove mce46way, tfbsConsSites, Kaviar_AF, gme_AF, VEST_Score databases. will like to keep QualityRMS and VariantType vcf info fields, personally.

not sure, if I want to keep this tracked through github (i don't), but should be tracked through github lfs.

need to check to see if this is still going to be ran or if emedgene replaces this.

emedgene replaces this, so no longer necessary to think about it.
