so this happens when you change the bed file...and apparently I didn't take very good notes the last time I did this or at least I can't find them at the moment. so it's best to add a readme to the repo.

probably the best place to put this would be in the git-lfs readme so that if there are changes it does not affect the actual analysis pipeline itself. waiting until git-lfs directory location has been finalized.
