file names too long for some reports #8

in an effort to make file names more descriptive, ran into the windows limitation where file names are too big to open using default mounted drive letters. even for csv files.

need to go to more basic names and use some sort of descriptive table

declining this for now...seems to be ok and rather than me redoing this whole workflow, if this ends up going to the software developers, they can elect to change the name schema themselves and provide a descriptive table on inputs. otherwise, if this repo ends up being the final product, then can revisit if necessary.
