PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied 에러

Browser required; Use --safemode 라고 뜨면서 다운로드 안 됨

  • cmd 에서 다음과 같이 실행해주세요: 
    hitomi_downloader_GUI.exe --safemode

위와 관련해 cmd에서 hitomi_downloader_GUI.exe --safemode 를 입력하고 엔터를 치니까 ''hitomi_downloader_GUI.exe'은(는) 내부 또는 외부 명령, 실행할 수 있는 프로그램, 또는 배치 파일이 아닙니다.'가 뜨면서 되지 않습니다. 일반 사용자와 관리자 권한 실행 모두 마찬가지입니다. 운영체제는 윈도우10 64비트입니다.

틱톡영상이 한두개 다운로드 되다가 실패 되는 이유는 무엇인가요?

Browser required; Use --safemode 라고 뜨면서 다운로드 안 됨 이게 떠서 링크글 참조 해서 해봤는데도 안되네요 뭐를 잘못하고 있는건지 몰라서 질문드립니다

명령어를 쳐보고 경로를 다운로더랑 다운된 파일들 있는 폴더가 있는 바탕화면으로 바꿔봤는데 반응이 없습니다
