일시 정지하면 다운 완료가 되어버립니다 #3191

일시정지시 다시 시작해도 완료된걸로 나옵니다.

그리고 검색시에 마음에 안들거나 다 본 아티스트는 빼는데

설정의 제외 태그 처럼

설정에 제외 아티스트+그룹이 있으면 검색이 더 편할 것 같습니다.

제외 설정은 아티스트랑 그룹 두개 합쳐도 상관없을듯
