Suggestions and questions about downloading torrents #4731

When downloading torrents, it would be good if the user can choose whether to put the contents in the torrent file in a new folder. Sometimes, there is only one file in Torrent, but it may be contained in each new folder, so it is thought that this may be prevented.

Also, I wonder if the downloaded torrent file stops working. There is no indication, but I would like to prevent uploading the completed torrent file.

If the torrent has only one file, no folder created.

After it has finished downloading, it stops uploading.
