directory character lenght is limited to < 100 #4962

Directory names get truncated after 100 characters total.

example: https://hitomi.la/doujinshi/ninshiki-sogai-apuri-wo-tsukatte-jk-wo-okashite-mita-|-using-an-awareness-blocking-app-to-rape-high-school-girls-english-2262436.html

There maybe a total length of pathname here. I have 39 characters in the path to hitomi_download directory. Query do you have reserved space of 128 bytes maybe?

It's for backward compatibility. If the total length of directory name exceeds 255, it will be truncated also.
