I have a similar problem.

I found that after chose the 1080P (not ~Auto(1080P)~) to view a 4K video and pasted the new URL, it could download the correct 1080P video. But if I pasted the URL in this form: https://www.bilibili.com/video/BVXXXXXXXXXX, it didn't work.

Bilibili's 4K videos need a Super-VIP (大会员 in Chinese) to view. I think this may causes the problem.

I wonder if it can download 4K videos well without a Super-VIP.
