유튜브 다운로드 속도가 급격히 낮아진 것 같습니다 #5757

언제부턴가 유튜브 동영상 다운로드 속도가 확 낮아졌네요 다른 사이트는 여전히 빠른 속도로 다운 되는데 유튜브만 1.0 MB/s정도의 느린 속도네요 변환 속도도 완전 늦어지고.. 저만 이런건지.. 다른 프로그램을 써도 유튜브만 여전히 느린 거 보면 유튜브 자체가 뭔가 바뀐걸까요 아니면 달리 해결책이 있나요?
