Recording compression type #6156

I'm curious about the compression type if I download it to the live streaming m3u8 format.

If you record and download the streaming live, you cannot edit it in the Adobe program.

How can we solve this problem?

tks but My recording problem happens on Twitch. Can I set the compression type on Twitch?
