(Bug) Yutube subs error #6564

I have download a video with subs from yutube and the subs are not downloaded correctly. Below is the downloaded file of this video. I am using the latest version 3.8f.

I tried it, but it could be better. I downloaded the subtitle file of the above video from downsub.com and it was better.
The subtitle file from hitomi (20kb) shows the previous audio line too, where as the downsub (8kb) one does not show the previous line in the current line, only shows the current dialogue.
