When downloading an image from E-Hentai, when the Image Limits are reached, E-Hentai will return the "509 bandwidth exceeded" image (see below), and Hitomi-Downloader saves the image repeatedly.
I think the correct way to do this is to automatically pause the download (without saving the "509" image) until the image limit is restored to a certain range, then restart the download.
