PROBLEM: Could not search and parse data. -->after a searching #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open program
2. edit the search and press enter or click in the button searching
3. New windows where explain the problem

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
New windows with Critical alert "An error occured" 
Could not search and parse data: 
Systyem.Exception: Error at custom login --->

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest versione, but I also tried the previous version with the same error.

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm having this problem. I would like to know how to solve this? Please give me

Can you direct me to the website to sign up? I been using it without a login. I 
didn't know that you have to sign up. When I download the engine it work 
without login in. So is that my issue? Please let me know. Thank you

which one? Authentication? I got the activation code for complete sign up, but 
I'm still confuse about the login in part? or go in About??? Sorry that I'm 
taking so much of your time

This is a dum question. Sorry! How long does it normally take for me to login? 
cause it been about 5min already and it still trying to login me in. I don't 
know if I could close out from the web or still wait until it login? Should I 
or should not???

Verify that you can login with your account on vk.com

It will most likely be either your phone number or e-mail address that is used 
to login. You will need to use the same login information in Pirate.

I have an account to vk but I'm still coming up blank on the search engine. 
I've tried both phone and email an d i m putting them right
