1. there is no result after typing a song or singer

You see just a green line

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7

Will it be fixed or is it over? That should be a shame.

The build-in accounts were closed.
You can get it working again if you go to vk.com and create your own account. 
In Pirate, then go to the settings menu and use your new login credentials with 
the program.
