Some suggestions #30

Hey,
still loving pirate ux, esp. now the play progress bar is fixed :)

I have some suggestions, 

1. When trying to download a file with illegal filename characters, eg < ? : 
etc., it doesn't download, although it does play, changing the filename when 
downloading to something else doesn't fix this.

2. clicking a downloaded file opens the directory, I liked the old behavior of 
opening the file itself, maybe have the option to choose this.

3. play next/previous track buttons next to the global stop button.

4. and small aesthetic improvement, is to make the default width of the columns 
in the playlist and download area contents a bit smaller, so it doesn't have to 
show the horizontal scrollbar, when a vertical scrollbar is needed.

In Pirate UX 1008 I fixed 2 and 4.
I will not add 3 since you can just click a song anyway. The interface is too 
cluttered already, and I'm too lazy to redo it :)
