[GoogleCodeExporter]

Have occasional crashes, though a valid mp4 file has been produced (and 
abruptly stopped). Crash occurs about 10 seconds after recording starts.
System: 64-bit Windows 8.1 on laptop with embedded video
Settings: recording video and sound from fixed region; not capturing mouse 
clicks, cursor or key strokes
