Feature request - dual spi #12

Hi, A feature that would be super-useful and provide a unique advantage for the FlexIO SPI over the standard SPI support, would be dual SPI. The dual SPI capability is ubiquitous among modern ADC's.

As an example, here is the protocol from the ADS8168 datasheet. This is a $20/eight channel 1Msps part.

Sorry, I personally am not doing anything these days with FlexIO.

But If anyone implements it and it works and they issue a PR...
