Updated setFont and setTextColor to pre-calculate some ant-alias drawing variables
Added fetchpixel to grab multi-bit pixel from font data
Updated drawFontChar to switch to anti-alias drawing routines where appropriate
Added a couple of fast pixel blending routines
Added a new example (graphictest_aafonts)
Added an anti-alias font (Open Sans)
