Cropped image as thumbnail not displaying right #110

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Crop certain area of uploaded image
2. Select thumbnail bullet
3. Save edited image

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress: 3.0.1
2. Constructor: 1.0
3. PHP: 5.3
4. Browser: Firefox / Chrome
5. OS: Win7

What URL of your blog(s)?
1. local dev environment

Please provide any additional information below.
Hi, im having trouble getting cropped thumbnails to display correctly. Tried on 
both layouts that uses thumbnails in the post. Thumbnails are auto cropped and 
not the right dimensions of what i specified in the wp image editting tool.
