styling the tile layout #111

I have been trying to make some tweaks to the tile layout but there are a 
couple of things stumping me. First, I'd like for the title to go below rather 
than above the thumbnail, and second, I'd like to be able to click on the 
thumbnail (as well as the title) in order to link to the blog post (right now 
clicking on the thumbnail does nothing). Here is the page in question:
