Can't edit Widgets #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install newest update
2.Try to edit widgets
3.Sidebar not showing in edit mode

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress:3.0.1
2. Constructor:1.2.4
3. PHP:?
4. Browser:Chrome
5. OS:Win 7

it's just what is standard, but i want to change it and can't seem to find 
access to that.  here is the page:

(like remove the search bar, removes the Pages list, edit the Categories 
list)...etc

I stopped using the theme awhile back.  too buggy.
