Integrating qTranslate #120

Is there are version of Constructor with qTranslate integrated so that headers, 
footers, etc. have the ability to support multiple languages
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Clean install WP, Constructor, qTranslate
2.Try to edit the footer
3.No place to add second, third, etc. language 

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress:3.0.1
2. Constructor:1.2.4
3. PHP:
4. Browser:
5. OS:

As the word gets smaller and more connected, a multi-lingual site is essential 
and I hope that someone has integrated qTranslate into Constructor and can make 
it part of the Constructor project.
