Date Removal-Theme Not Saving

No offense to the developer.  But I've had a lot of issues with this theme. 
Tried to comment out Dates so they would not show.  Did not work. So I 
installed a plug in to do it for me.  Still did not work.  I then tried 
removing dates with the same plug in using another theme. Worked perfectly.  I 
then tried to manually remove dates from another theme to make sure I was doing 
everything correctly.  Once again it worked perfectly.

Also when I save a new version of the theme it does not function properly. 
Example in "Tile Mode"- it does not function properly.  When a post is clicked 
it does nothing.  But if I go to the Default version(making sure I do not 
change the name) it works as it should.

There are more issues...I just wanted to make you aware in case you didn't know 
of them.  I really like this theme...but unfortunately I can't waste anymore 
time trying to make it work.

I did many changes in new versions.
Date functions copied from TwentyTen theme, I think it fixed your issue, but I 
should be check, please provide me plugin name

Hi Anton,
Thanks for your reply and I appreciate your time and efforts...I have moved on 
to another theme as my post to you was 3 months ago.  But thank you again and 
perhaps I will give your theme a try again on another website.  Also the date 
removal plugin was Oozman Date Removal...I am still using this plug in running 
wordpress 3.1
