Customizations, changing and saving.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Show post tags will not work, as well as other customizations such as 
borders.
2. Can't save theme as before, only saves as current, which will overwrite, as 
it did when I tried to reinstall constructor update to solve customization 
problem.
3.

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress: 3.1
2. Constructor: 5.1.6
3. PHP: 5.2.16
4. Browser: Chrome
5. OS: 10.6.7

I've searched the issues but didn't find anything similar. I had this problem 
before with showing post author that wouldn't update but it was less critical. 
Now the post meta is showing category but not tags, which are an important 
element on my blog. Not sure why some of the customizations aren't taking but 
others are. But as always I appreciate your great work! Thanks!

Thanks very much Anton!

I updated and the issue of tags is fixed! The border customization doesn't work 
but at least my tags are back. When saving customizations is it normal now that 
I can see my saved theme but not select it? The theme in use always shows as 
current.
