Constructor don't work anymore after installing wordpress 3.1.1 #149

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.After installing Wordpress 3.1.1 the blog visualize this error instead of the 
blog:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: scandir() in 
/home/mhd-01/www.aescranna.org/htdocs/wp-content/themes/constructor/libs/Constru
ctor/Abstract.php on line 398

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress:3.1.1
2. Constructor: 1.5.7
3. PHP: 4.4.4-8+etch6
4. Browser: Firefox
5. OS: Windows 7

What URL of your blog(s)?
1. http://www.aescranna.org/

Please provide any additional information below.

I've already tried to reinstall Constructor, but even in the preview of the 
theeme, the only layout visualized is the error mentioned before.

i also have this problem but with php 5.2.14, tried to install version 1.5.7 
but that didnt work either, do you have a fix
