Permissions error not fixable by changing permissions! #156

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Even uninstalling the theme and child theme, then reverting to default
theme, then reinstalling and switching back to constructor produces the error
on this WP install.

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress:3.1.3
2. Constructor: 1.5.10
3. PHP: 5.2.16
4. Browser: Firefox 3.6.17
5. OS: Ubuntu 10.10

What URL of your blog(s)?
1. http://spreaderbars.co.uk/ [ADULT CONTENT]

Please provide any additional information below.

I keep getting the:

"Please check permissions for next directories:

    * /home/spreader/public_html/wp-content
    * /home/spreader/public_html/wp-content/constructor
    * /constructor"

error message. I've tried setting /wp-content to 777 and
/public_html/wp-content/themes/constructor to 777 but this does not fix it. The
file structure mentioned isn't how my install is structured.
Any suggestions? I'm tempted just to cut out those lines in the relevant file,
though I realise this isn't the best solution. It doesn't appear to affect the
normal functioning of the website to visitors.

Thanks,
Dave

Reverting to Constructor 1.4.3 removes this issue.

This isn't occurring with any of my other Wordpress installs using Constructor
1.5.10
