How do I remove page titles from body? #179

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Wordpress: 3.2.1
2. Constructor: 1.6.0
3. PHP: 5?
4. Browser: firefox
5. OS: mac os x

Please provide any additional information below.

How can I remove the page titles from the content area of the individual pages. 
For instance, when you click on "Home" I don't want it say Home before whatever 
content I add.

I'm using a single column layout.

I was able to do it by removing the page name while editing the page and then 
adding a title for it in the custom menu area. I would have to do that for 
every page, which I don't mind, but I'm sure there must be an easier way. I 
went through a bunch of the files in the editor removing or changing the page 
title text parts but nothing seemed to work.

You can create custom page template without title and use it 
(http://codex.wordpress.org/Pages#Page_Templates)
