"Just another Wordpress blog" wont change #183

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Wordpress: Newest
2. Constructor: newest
3. PHP:
4. Browser: Firefox and Safari
5. OS:

What URL of your blog(s)?
1. http://corkblogger.com

Please provide any additional information below.
I can't change the text in the header saying "Just another wordpress blog" , I 
try in the "Customize --> CSS and the Customize-->Save"  - can't find where to 
edit it in the editor...

Please help

It's a blog description, see settings of the blog (not a theme)
