What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I can't get the custom header image to link home
2. "hide title by css" box is checked
3.

What version of the ... are you using?
1. Wordpress:3.3.1
2. Constructor:1.6.4
3. PHP:
4. Browser:firefox
5. OS:10.7.2

Pls try to add follows CSS rule:
#name a {
    height:200px;
}
