Allow light levels for mob spawns #61

Doing "-gui Light" should render all available spawn spaces with a red X on them. This will aid players in lighting up bases and areas for various purposes.

I'm foreseeing a few problems with this, namely the sheer amount of rendering will def cuck the game

Possibly so. However, NEI is able to do this without much problem. Granted, that's a forge mod, but still, it shouldn't be that much trouble to do. Just show a little red X on the tops of all solid blocks with a light level the player may specify or lower.
