Display Problems When Scaling #181

I have 4K monitors set to 150% scaling and when I open Simple IP Config I get some black bars in the application. Changing my display scaling to 100% then signing out and back in, then opening Simple IP Config corrects the problem.

I can also correct the problem by changing the compatibility "Change high DPI settings" by setting "Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by: System (Enhanced)"

old technics also harbors incompatibilities, the Programming Gui/interface, works not with automatics scales.. in my opinion.. best to @KurtisLiggett , is there a optimization possible ? just out of curiosity .. :)

I will add this to the Project Roadmap. I know what needs to be done.. I just need to find time to do it.

Thank you AddisonBurn for the "Scaling performed by: System (Enhanced)" tip. I was unaware of that feature. Definitely, resolves the window presentation problem on my 4K displays.
