Add accordion sections to site and tmux tabs #19

Make unique sections on each tab into accordion style drop downs to facilitate ease of getting to settings.

After much testing, decided that this is not going to work as well as thought. Ultimately, it added very little to enhancing the UI, so we are not going to implement the functionality at this time.

Commit 193b8b418df81e602d6b28f3919ae6f27d342e43 did add the jQuery UI modules/scripts to master though.
