PaodingTokenizer -> close method throws NullPointerException

when i use PaodingAnalyzer to build index, i always meet this problem -
"Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException at 
net.paoding.analysis.analyzer.PaodingTokenizer.close".

The source of PaodingTokenizer.close() method use super.close(). And the 
super.close() method will close the input and let it be null.

更改Paodingtokenizer.java 164 行 左右，
先判断后关闭 如：if( input != null)
            input.close();

另：当keywords 
超过二个（目前简单测试）字时（英文单词），在使用PaodingA
nalyzer 进行字线查询时，Beaf中index可增加至128. 
加上以下语句可看出此问题.
if ((index < 0) || (index >= count)) {
            throw new StringIndexOutOfBoundsException(index);
        }，
造成无法正常使用，在对万、亿进行处理事，溢出，可更改��
�LONG或者16进制表示。
以上是一点拙见，可随时交流。如:qieqie兄同意,愿意参与其中
