Inefficient Appointment Scheduling: It streamlines the appointment booking process by allowing patients to schedule appointments online, reducing the need for phone calls or in-person visits to book appointments.

Lack of Location-Based Services: By integrating location-based services, the app helps patients find nearby doctors, improving access to healthcare based on their geographical area.

Poor Patient-Doctor Communication: The app facilitates better interaction between patients and doctors through messaging features, appointment reminders, and real-time updates, improving the overall patient experience.

Describe the solution you'd like.

The solution for the same is:

Online Appointment Booking: Enables patients to easily book, reschedule, or cancel appointments through an online platform, eliminating the need for phone calls or in-person bookings.

Patient-Doctor Communication: Includes features for secure messaging, real-time updates, and appointment reminders to enhance communication between patients and doctors.

User-Friendly Interface: Offers an intuitive and responsive design for both patients and doctors, ensuring ease of use across various devices.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Some additional feature that can be added as a part of this web application/ solution can be:

Doctor's Schedule Management: Can incorporate this feature as it helps doctors efficiently manage their schedules by displaying available slots, reducing overbooking, and ensuring smoother appointment flow.

Notification and Reminder System: To automatically send notifications and reminders to patients about upcoming appointments, reducing no-shows.
