I have added a new problem titled "Number of Maximum Bitwise-OR Subset" along with its solution. The problem involves finding the number of different non-empty subsets with the maximum bitwise OR in an array, utilizing Backtracking and Bit-Manipulation to optimize the solution. I request you to add it to the repository, followed all the guidelines and filled data.json too correctly.
