Added support for non string filtering as well as for non string nullable filtering

• Added support for non string values for filtering Supported filter match modes per data type are listed here Search "Match modes" section

• Added support for non string nullable values for filtering (bool? short? int? long? float? double? decimal?,DateTime?)

• Support for non string data types is provided with System.Linq.Dynamic.Core Nuget package. Documentation on link

• Added tests for nullable types as well as making existing tests less fragile (swapping hard coded count values with linq expressions that return count with or without predicate expression, depending on test itself

@Kusumoto I have added numeric filtering but forgot to add it in switch statement in TableFilterManager as well as tests for numeric filtering. Please review latest commit
