"Search for images" not disappearing

When clicked into the search bar on the home page and typing something, the "Search for images" text does not disappear; instead it stays and overlaps with the written text, making it hard to read.

Preconditions

• Having the home page open

Steps to reproduce

• Typing text into the search bar

Expected result

• The "Search for images" text disappearing when my own text is being written

Actual result The texts both overlap, making it hard to read.
