Carrets are added to menu/navbar in eternal loop #103

After the new functionality with adding references, the navbar/menu has suddenly started spawning carrets in an eternal loop somewhere in the code. It's triggered by using /kvasir/vulns/vulninfo_by_vulnid.html/ (links from the VulnDB list).

Also the references is listed as T vuln referenceses next to the buttons in /kvasir/vulns/vuln_refs

Thanks! I boned that one by making two vuln_refs controller functions.
