first step of spineret testing: load kernel #173

What steps will reproduce the problem?

The spinneret protion of the test suite requires a properly configured kernel 
be loaded on the spinneret eeprom.

This should be accomplished be the preceding serial test. The protoboard master 
should load the slave spinneret with the specific kernel.   

This would allow testing to work even with an uninitialized spinneret.

Not in the cards, possible but a fair bit of work, and we have already decided 
to decompose the testing to use stock hardware.
