Thinking of 3 col layout which separates 'chats' from threads from 'tools'??
Trying to anticipate what we'll need here. Search box over the chats, for example (doesn't have to work yet). 'My Tools' because we'll deffo have other features here.
Also thinking how it'll work on a mobile; swipe chat, archive or clear it for example.
