The theme is set in the "Basic configuration" section of settings, but was being ignored. The correct theme is now applied.
However, some of our customisations to bootstrap for the ditto theme don't entirely work for the other themes. Most things look ok but I'll leave this issue open as it could be tidied up a bit.
