In the ticket stack at the end of the row (and indeed within the ticket itself) resolved = false. This should be 'NO'. It could switch to 'YES' if the tickets stayed in the stack after being claimed; ideally, at some point, we'd have at least two sets of tickets, one for Live Tickets and one for Resolved Tickets, plus fields for searching/sorting.
