To do this : Disable Relative Motion and enable : Do Crop, Paste-back and Target Eye Lip Open Ratio
When doing this, make sure that input video face angle and input image face angle matches

Steps to Reproduce:
Pull the latest version of the project. Attempt to use the Retargeting feature to populate a photo from the Source Portrait. Adjust the Retargeting sliders and observe that there is no effect on the animation. Expected Behavior:
The photo from the Source Portrait should populate correctly. Adjusting the Retargeting sliders should affect the animation. Actual Behavior:
