BUG: Video Retargeting Keep Lips Silent jitter result always shakes head like crazy #352

As the title says all my results have their head shake a lot. Even if the head in the source video is completely still the result makes it shake when Keep Lips Silent is active. If Keep Lips Silent is NOT active the result is fine no shaking head.
