Make doc links point to KwanLab repo... #175

Fix doc links so they point to the main repo, not sure how many doc files have this issue. ...github.com/WiscEvan/Autometa... should be ...github.com/KwanLab/Autometa...

e.g. https://raw.githubusercontent.com/KwanLab/Autometa/dev/docs/source/databases.rst

Also not sure if it's a github rendering issue or not but the top links don't show as hyperlinked here: https://github.com/KwanLab/Autometa/blob/dev/docs/source/databases.rst
