[x] run profiler
[x] reduce number of allocations in constructor (does not seems to have a great performance impact for <2000 entities)
[ ] multi-thread BVH Tree generation (needed for > ~1000 objects per scene)
[ ] parallelized sorting of entities into bounded / unbounded
[X] parallelized tree generation
[X] test for very large scenes as well (see #34)
