It is possible currently for interviewer actions to not be correctly accounted for in CATI. This leads to problems at the end of a call plan cycle where the system does not correctly close the cycle
Ensure that calls are treated as unique under all circumstances. This should mean that we never get the situation where calls from different days are added together to give an enormous time for interviewers
