CATI console Summary Reports should use paid time #15

The CATI system computes paid time as phone time + 6 minutes per hour pro rata - Subject to paid time not exceeding logged on time.

There is a question as to whether we will build the second calculation into the Summary Report or just use the first part.

Issues with current reports

  1. There is currently no way to assign time to surveys
  2. If there was what should the schedule report do with that information

The Interviewer Summary report now shows shift allowance, manager allocated time and paid time. The shift allowance is generated correctly over multiple days
